Shipping policy



All orders are shipped within 1 business day Monday-Friday 10am-4pm

Orders going out via USPS will be shipped out by 10:20am

Orders going out via UPS will be shipped out by 4:00pm

Instore pick up:

Please allow two hours before pick up. You will be notified via email that your package is ready for pick up.

When you come to pick up your order, look for the sign that says store pick up by register five, or ask one of our associates to direct you. They will be happy to help.

We will hold your order in store for 7 days; if it is not picked up your order will be cancelled, and you will be refunded.

You may have someone pick up in store for you; in the comment section merely put the name of the person you would like to pick up your order.

Tracking your order:

Once your order is processed you be will emailed a tracking number for your order.

Please allow up to 24 hours before tracking information becomes available.

Shipping Rates:
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your order and the location where it is to be delivered. Before paying for your order, you will be able to see the cost of shipping your order.


Return Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with LivingWell. We are here to make sure that your return is as simple as it was to purchase your items.

Here are a few things to note when making a return:


  • Please make sure to return any items purchased within 30 calendar days upon receiving your items.
  • Returns need to have a receipt or an order confirmation number.
  • Items need to be in the same condition as when they were received.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning items back to LivingWell. For damaged or defective items please call 240-247-1364 for further information.


Once LivingWell receives approved returned items, customers will be issued a refund to the original method of payment.

Cancellation Policy


The time frame for canceling an order depends on its delivery or pickup method.

Shipping: Customer is able to cancel an order before the shipping notification is sent.

Store pickup: Customer can cancel an order before a notification is sent that the order is ready for pickup.

Refunds will be processed to original payment method.
